Vintage Victorian Man Holding a Rose 8” Tall

This is a lovely 70-75 year hand-painted. It was made in Japan 8” tall x 2” wide x 2” deep porcelain ornament of a Victorian gentleman. The gentleman is in a brown waistcoat and is holding a rose.
